#303 CANTON (Border Collie) Arlington, TX - Chardon, OH CANTON #303 a 10 mo 35# female Border Collie’s owner, Brian, has traveled so much lately he felt he could not properly take care of Canton. His mother, Robin, agreed to keep Canton. A couple tries were made to pick up Canton before Team Supervisor Kathy Y arranged for Brian and Canton to meet her in Garland. Repowered a few days later with Steve M in Effingham, IL, Canton was safely delivered near Cambridge, OH, to Robin S who had driven down from Chardon, OH. Despite having his own bones and toys, which he ignored, Canton instead found pleasure in tearing up some paper plates and towels Steve had on the bed. Much to Steve's displeasure. Kathy said Canton was all black with a small amount of other markings. Canton, said to be a Border Collie mix when Brian saved her from a Dallas kill shelter, walked and held herself like a GSD. She seems to be adjusting well and we starting taking her to obedience classes last night. The only downside is my poor cat has been hiding in the basement since Canton came. I hope he will venture out of there soon. Thanks again Robin S **************************************************************
