BABY PATCHES #192, a tiny 4 month old, 6 pound, Female Lhasa Apso from Falmouth, KY, and her rescuer Tammy J met driver John K near Cincinnati, OH. Baby Patches was a special needs pup with only one eye and deaf. She was quiet, calm, a lap pup. If left alone, she would bark until her "person" would comfort her. She and John's lab companion, Buddy, would play a little while enroute.

Upon delivery in Kissimmee, FL, to her new "Mom" Nancy L, John reports Nancy's child was very anxious to get Baby Patches and wanted to hold her.
