Success Stories
Operation Roger has had many happy endings from all the transports we have done. If you have a success story to tell us about a pet we have helped, please send an Email to operationroger01@yahoo.com and include a photo-we would love to share it with our visitors!
The latest completed transport stories are found under Information/Success Stories. We will add the update on the pet in red below our story. The stories found here are listed by the latest completed transport number at top. If you know your pets transport number, you may quickly find it in this manner. All of these stories will eventually be segmented into groups of about twenty.
This particular section you are reading now, located under Animals/Success Stories, lists the stories by the pet's transported alphabetical name. However, within the confines of each letter, the names may not be alphabetical. Confused? Don't worry. Scroll around and you will be able to locate your pet eventually. Sorry, but this is the result of the program, not us. If the pet’s name was changed enroute or at a later date, it will not show under the new name.
If you remember the approximate date of the transport and can't find your pet's story, Email us that information and transport name. We will endeavor to find the story for you.
We are always striving to improve our website. We hope you like what you see.

BELOW IS AN EXCERPT FROM AN E-MAIL RECEIVED 2/22/08 FROM OPERATION ROGER DRIVER SUSAN M:
Hello, my name is Susan M, and new member of Operation Roger. On Tues Feb 19, 2008 I picked up 2 animals from West Palm Beach, Florida. We met at a travel plaza on the turnpike. I picked up a puppy named Iceman. He's 12 weeks old, Deaf, and is a mini aussie shepherd. He is going to his new home in Indiana, to a family with a Deaf member. I also got a cat named Killer. She is going to Massachussetts to her new family. Both animals are doing great. They are spending a few days with me during my hometime, then we will get them to their homes.
Puppy (Iceman) loves to chew, and run and play. Lots of energy. He has alot of toys to chew and play with. He is very smart and learns quickly. I built steps out of boxes for him, so he can climb up and down off my bed. He also buries one of his chewies in my blankets. He is also becoming housetrained. He did have some accidents in my bedroom, but that's ok, he's just a baby and is learning. I take him outside alot and he uses the bathroom very good. I give him praise when he potties outside. He is a loveable furball. He rides well in my big truck, and small nissan truck. He went with me to get my transmission line fixed at the dealer, and he rides well. He's learning where to lay to be most comfortable. He does not like being in his cage with the door closed. He is learning how to be a trucker dog. He learns quick. He will be in his cage with the door open, and he hides his chewies in there too.
